4. Bi-monthly individual coaching

Two one-hour sessions per month with a TRIO+ certified coach (CHF 185 per session). Result: increased autonomy, restored motivation, established confidence.
5. Quarterly tripartite meetings (optional)
A key moment to readjust, recognize achievements, and reengage.
The apprentice, their supervisor, and their parents meet to take stock. Expectations are set, successes are celebrated, and adjustments are made if necessary. Result: a strong bond and lasting momentum.
