4. Bi-monthly individual coaching

  • Two one-hour sessions per month with a TRIO+ certified coach (CHF 185 per session).
    Result: increased autonomy, restored motivation, established confidence.

5. Quarterly tripartite meetings (optional)

A key moment to readjust, recognize achievements, and reengage.

  • The apprentice, their supervisor, and their parents meet to take stock. Expectations are set, successes are celebrated, and adjustments are
    made if necessary.
